David Werre is a versatile drummer and percussionist based in the Greater Los Angeles area, known for his dynamic stage presence, professionalism, and ability to adapt to a wide range of musical styles.

A graduate of Musicians Institute and recipient of the Outstanding Student award, he has studied under renowned drum educators Fred Dinkins, Richie Gajate Garcia, Frank Briggs and Bruce Carver.

 

With a strong foundation in multiple genres, David seamlessly blends into any musical setting, whether on drum set or percussion. He plays a variety of percussion instruments; including suitcase drumset, cajón, congas, bongos, bodhrán and washboard, adding unique textures to live performances and recordings.

David plays original music with Dr. Infinity, Fiddle Leaf, Wild The River and Christina & The Magnetix.​

He has played at a wide range of events, from festivals and music venues to weddings, musicals, and restaurants.

He is comfortable with running playback, proficient in using Ableton Live and Logic Pro.

In addition to his work as a performer and recording artist, David has built a reputation over the past 6 years as a sought-after drum educator, mentoring students of all levels with a focus on both technique and musicality.
